A Discipleship Based Church

The number one aim of a discipleship-based church is to make faithful disciples. This involves a process which begins with pre-Christian people, evangelising them and then discipling them.

The Biblical Definition of Discipleship

The biblical definition of discipleship found in Matthew 28:19-20 can be summarised as: "A disciple is a follower of Jesus Christ who is observing all things that Christ commanded."

"'Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen."Matthew 28:19-20.
